ACRPC Annual Meeting

ACRPC is pleased to invite our Commissioners and their guests to our Annual Meeting.

This year, we are pleased to be returning to the Middlebury Inn in their event space just to the right of the main lobby. We look forward to seeing all of you together in person for a meal and celebrating the good work we do together throughout the year.

Guest Speaker: Dr. Kelly Hamshaw

This year we are fortunate to be joined by Dr. Kelly Hamshaw. Dr. Hamshaw teaches and conducts research at the University of Vermont, College of Agriculture and Life Sciences in the Department of Community Development and Applied Economics. Dr. Hamshaw’s  teaching focuses on how communities can become more sustainable and resilient, especially in the face of difficult challenges and complex issues, to improve quality of life for all. In her role as a researcher in the UVM Center for Rural Studies, Dr. Hamshaw has worked on a variety of projects related to rural affordable housing, disaster resilience, development of community indicators, and conducting program evaluations for non-profit organizations. Many of these studies have taken place in the Addison Region.
