Training: “A Citizen’s Guide to Community-Based Mapping”

John Van Hoesen will host an “ A Citizen’s Guide to Community-Based Mapping” training via Google Meet. The training was developed for any community stakeholder; from members of local government, to business owners, to conservation groups, and even individuals just curious about new ways to explore their communities. John will provide a brief overview of the importance of community mapping, highlight relevant state resources, and demonstrate a few free tools that allow anyone to explore spatial data and create maps.
