The ACRPC staff members have been hard at work on the comprehensive revision of the complete Addison County Regional Plan. The complete 2026 draft is presented for review by the Full Commission and the general public.

Next Steps

This is the current draft of the Addison County Regional Plan. In accordance with Vermont statute, this draft will be open for public comment and will be updated on the following schedule:

LURB Site Visit and public hearing: February 17, 2026 | Read public notice & agenda

Site visits will be held from 8:55 am to 12:00 pm. The public meeting will begin at 1:30 pm at the ACRPC office, 14 Seminary Street, Middlebury

Public Hearing #1:  April 8, 2026 | To be conducted at the ACRPC Full Commission meeting. 

Public Hearing #2: June 10, 2026 | To be conducted at the ACRPC Full Commission meeting.

The following draft was presented to the ACRPC Full Commission on January 9, 2026. ACRPC Commissioners approved the submission of this draft with non-substantive improvements to the LURB during the regular Full Commission meeting on January 14, 2026. The current version of the Regional Plan is presented at the top of this web page. This content is preserved for the public review process.
