The current ACRPC Regional Plan Draft has been revised based on feedback received from three public hearings starting in February 2026. The 2nd public hearing was held on June 10, 2026, and finally a 3rd public hearing on July 8, 2026. A public input form for open comments from all community members was available on our website from February to July. The public comment period is now closed. See below for more information on the process.
The original draft was submitted to the Land Use Review Board (LURB) on January 23, 2026. Additional Plan application materials submitted for State approval can be found on the LURB website.
Above is the current draft of the Addison County Regional Plan. In accordance with Vermont statute, this draft was open for public comment from February through July 17, 2026. Public comment is now closed.
> The final plan is scheduled for final vote on September 9, 2026. The plan will subsequently be submitted to the LURB within 15 days for its final review.
