Regional Plan Update 2026

The ACRPC staff members have been hard at work on the comprehensive revision of the complete Addison County Regional Plan. The complete 2026 draft is presented for review by the Full Commission and the general public.

Below you will find the current ACRPC Regional Plan Draft that has been revised based on feedback received from the first public hearing and review. This draft was first prepared for the 2nd Public Hearing held on June 10, 2026. A third public hearing will take place on July 8, 2026. 

The original draft was submitted to the Land Use Review Board (LURB) on January 23, 2026. Additional Plan application materials submitted for State approval can be found on the LURB website.

ACRPC Commissioners approved the submission of this draft with non-substantive improvements to the LURB during the regular Full Commission meeting on January 14, 2026. The current version of the Regional Plan is presented at the top of this web page. This content is preserved for the public review process.
