The ACRPC staff members have been hard at work on the comprehensive revision of the complete Addison County Regional Plan. The complete 2026 draft is presented for review by the Full Commission and the general public.

ACRPC Regional Plan Revised Draft for June 10, 2026 Public Hearing

Below you will find the current ACRPC Regional Plan Draft that has been revised based on feedback received from the first public hearing and review. This draft has been prepared for the Public Hearing to be held on June 10, 2026.

The original draft was submitted to the Land Use Review Board (LURB) on January 23, 2026. Additional Plan application materials submitted for State approval can be found on the LURB website.

The following draft was presented to the ACRPC Full Commission on January 9, 2026. ACRPC Commissioners approved the submission of this draft with non-substantive improvements to the LURB during the regular Full Commission meeting on January 14, 2026. The current version of the Regional Plan is presented at the top of this web page. This content is preserved for the public review process.
